This Retreat Is for You If:

  • You are craving space to slow down

  • You’ve felt called to explore yogic philosophy but don’t know where to begin

  • You’re looking for a grounded, inclusive space to ask questions, rest, learn and reset

  • You want to feel more connected to the roots of yoga in a way that makes sense for your life

  • You’re travelling solo or with a friend

  • You’re new to yoga and open to learning, or a long-time practitioner ready to go deeper

  • You want to be in community with like-minded people

Why This Retreat?

Over five days in the heart of the Cotswolds, we'll move through daily yoga practices rooted in tradition, meditation, yoga nidra, philosophy discussions and evenings gathered around the fire sharing stories from Hindu lore. There will be woodland walks, nourishing seasonal meals, time to rest by the pool, sauna and wellness spaces, and optional Ayurvedic head massages and treatments.

This is an opportunity to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself and experience the joy that comes from slowing down, sharing meaningful conversations and being part of a community.

Whether you're seeking rest, inspiration or simply a few days to breathe, Sangama offers space to nourish your body, quiet your mind and deepen your understanding of yoga in a warm and welcoming environment.
